Terms of Use

1. General

These terms govern the use of this website and any services supplied by Syeop(Pty) Limited, registration number 2007/014534/07 (“Syeop”). Any proposal, scope of work, quotation, or statement of work issued by Syeop may include additional commercial terms that apply to the relevant engagement.

2. Services

Syeop provides data, analytics, AI, advisory, implementation, and related consulting services. Each engagement is separate and will be defined in the relevant scope of work.

3. Fees

Fees, payment terms, delivery milestones, and any cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant scope of work or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information private and only use it for the relevant engagement, subject to any legal obligation to disclose.

5. Personal Information

Syeop will handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and the instructions agreed for the relevant engagement.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Syeop does not guarantee a particular business outcome and limits liability to the fees charged and paid for the relevant engagement in the year the liability arose.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that harms Syeop or other users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
